CHIKA renters can use the conferenceroom without fee.
But also extern companies have the opportunity to rent the conferenceroom at CHIKA. The room is provoding seats for 25 persons and is available for you within our business hours from Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. You are welcome to arange evening and weekends booking, as it is required for you.

According to availibility we are providing You the following technical equipment:

VHS-recorder (SLV-E820)
Overheadprojektor
Flip Chart, moderation material
Internet access
Copy service

Costs of booking:
- for CHIKA renters no fees
- booking half- day: 50,00 euro (from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m or 1 p.m. - 5 .p.m.)
- booking fulltime: 90,00 euro
- booking per hour: 15,00 euro

Costs of hospitality services per person: 4,00 euro
(incl.coffee, tee, cold beverages and cookies)

Further on we are providing you for free the use of our meeting point area for a break or meetings of work groups. As requested we are also offering you and your business partnes a small lunch and refreshments (prices on application).
